Sea World...Part 2

I had to split it up....too many photos I guess. :) Don't worry...there are only 3 on this post.

We went swimming in the indoor pool the first night in the hotel. It was a little chilly, but Harrison is
his father's child. The cold water didn't bother him at all. He wanted to stay in, but we had to make an
executive decision to call it a night at the pool. The second day, since it was a lot warmer outside, we decided to
check out the outdoor pool...NOPE! It was FREEZING!!! We stuck our toes in, and even Harrison said it was too cold! But, how cute is this kid in a bathing suit?!

On our way back today...worn out!!

Sammy stayed with Gammy. Sam and Lizzie seemed to be best buds and played all weekend. He was exhausted.
He hasn't moved a lot since we got home....except to get a bath. :)
We had SO much fun this weekend. I have to give credit to my sweet husband for coming up with this wonderful idea to take Harrison to San Antonio. H did so well. We couldn't have asked for him to be better. We have a lot of changes headed our way (in one month from TODAY!) and it was nice to get away for a couple of days. I do think that everyone could sleep for a couple of days though...

Sea World...Part 1

* Disclaimer: There are a TON of pictures on this post!!!!
A couple months back, Jeff said that he had an idea that he was going to take a weekend off, and we could take Harrison to Sea World in San Antonio. It was an "all about Harrison" weekend since he's about to come into some big brother duties.
I'm going to just let the pictures do the talking from here on out, because there were so many. :)

On our way!!! He finally gave up and fell asleep about 45 minutes from San Antonio.

First night in the hotel. He LOVED the hotel. He kept "calling" everyone on the phone.
"Hewooo, buh bye!" He also made a "side" (slide) out of the chair and cushion that were in there. :)

Checking out some dolphins.

I liked this "highlighter" fish.

Scary shark!!

Found Nemo!

Harrison would say, "hewwooo 'ish!" And then he would call them a "nomie." That's food....

Daddy and Harrison watching the sea lion show.

Clyde the sea lion

My boy and I.

He was in LOVE with the killer whale show!!! Jeff and I discussed it and it was
our favorite show of the day too. We checked out all the shows there so we are well
informed. :)

Jeff's professional photography skills.

He was just making sure I was watching.

Shamu and Baby Shamu!

"Yay!!!!!"

Choo Choo Soul! It was about nap time and lunch time when this started.
We had to wait in line for a while, too. Needless to say, he was more excited about the other
shows than this one. He still liked it, though.

Enjoying some popcorn.

Dancing.

There we go. Enjoying the dancing with Daddy.

Penguins!

This guy looked like he was trying to escape.

He didn't really want to pose for pics...

The "Azul" show. It was some beluga whales, white-sided dolphins, divers, and other acrobatics.

Intently watching.

Hitting the water.

We took a shuttle from the hotel to Sea World. This was on the way back. H was so excited
to sit in a big boy seat. Jeff told him to say, "cheese," and he did, but he batted his eyes and this is
what we got. ;)

32 Weeks!!

YIKES!! How did this go by so fast?? I can't believe that we will be meeting Hudson in just a few weeks! We had our monthly visit with Dr. G this past Wednesday. Everything was looking great! We actually got to schedule the c-section. Baby Hudson will be here on May 21! For those of you counting, that's SEVEN weeks from this past Tuesday!! My mom said, "if not sooner." But, if he is anything like Big Brother, he will wait. :) I am way behind on getting his room ready and everything, but I plan to work on that this weekend. We start seeing Dr. G every two weeks now. He even said, "I can't believe you're almost due!" Uh, tell me about it, Marco! :)

32 Weeks

Size of Baby: the size of a squash-about 2.5 to 4 lbs and almost 17 inches
Total Weight Gain:  12 total lbs
Maternity Clothes: yes!
Gender: BOY!!!!
Movement: tons of movement! Especially when I lay down to go to sleep
Sleep: eh...I'm okay until my hips start hurting.  Dr. G gave me some ideas on how to sleep a little better.
What I miss: I've really had seafood cravings lately, so I miss raw oysters BADLY!!!
Cravings: seafood and peanut butter (not together!)
Symptoms: I've been okay with sickness, but my hips have been hurting pretty bad all the time. Also, I've been exhausted!!
Best Moment of the Week: actually scheduling the arrival of our baby boy! It seems very very real now! We also got the crib and dresser set up!!

I'm trying my hardest to enjoy the last part of this pregnancy. I'm also trying more to prepare Harrison for becoming a big brother. I know he will be great at it, because he has such a sweet personality. He knows where his "baby" is. He will point to my belly and kiss it. :) Melts a Mama's heart. We go back in two weeks for just a checkup and then in four weeks for the last ultrasound to check our how much Mr. Hudson weighs. Until then....

Happy Easter 2013!!

I can't believe this is our second Easter with our sweet boy. It's even harder to believe we will have TWO boys next year!!! We had such a wonderful day on Sunday. It was busy, but GREAT!! We started off by showing Harrison what the Easter Bunny had brought him.

Notice the underwear in there! Mr. Harrison has been working on going potty, and he is doing EXCELLENT!!!!

We went to church after breakfast, and then we headed off to Gammy's and Paw-Paw Mike's.  They went to pick up Reese before we ate. Baby Grayson had a tummy bug so Aunt Teeny stayed home with him. :( Teeny did say that he is feeling better today. :) After a delicious lunch, Reese and Harrison wanted to hide eggs then find them. Everyone took turns hiding and finding. They had SO much fun!!!

We made a stop by Papa and Mimi's to wish them a Happy Easter after we left Gammy's house.  We dropped Reese off at her house after, and we headed home ourselves. Harrison was EXHAUSTED!!! From what I hear, Reese was pretty tired herself. They played so hard, I'm not surprised at all. We had such a great day, and we hope that all of you had a wonderful Easter, too!
