Four Months

Baby Hudson is FOUR months old! I can't believe it!! Time is still flying by with this sweet boy!

Hudson:
-weighs 14 lbs and 13 ounces
-is 24.75 inches long
-is wearing 6 months for the most part and is in size 2 diapers
-is drinking 6 ounces every 3-4 hours
-is rolling around everywhere!! I don't think it will be too long before this little guy is on the move! Yikes!
-is an extremely chatty boy! I thought he was going to be a quiet one, but I may have been wrong.
-still LOVES his big bro and Sammy!!
-doesn't really care for the rice cereal, but I'm still trying. We're going to try some veggies tonight, so we will see how that goes.
-loves having his head rubbed or his hair washed. It's the funniest thing to see his face!
-is still sleeping all night, but this morning he woke up at 5...
-is usually taking 2 really good naps during the day. However, they're usually in the swing, and we will be working on crib naps in the next week!

This is an all the time thing. H acting silly, and Huddy looking at him like he's nuts!

Three Months!

Our sweet Hudson is three months old!! Where has the time gone! This little boy is such a good baby. He's so quiet and content. We have loved having him in our lives these past three months. He's such a blessing!

Hudson:

-weighs around 12 lbs. I think the kid is getting longer by the minute though. He is growing so much.

-is in 3 months...mostly. I've had to move him to 6 month pjs because he is getting long...I know, right?! 

-is in size 2 diapers. 

-is laughing so much! I love it!

-is becoming very chatty. He will chit chat with his toys on his activity mat. So cute!

-loves his big brother. If he sees Harrison, he instantly smiles! Harrison calls him, "his baby." He can't be anybody else's. 

-is getting the hang of sleeping through the night. We have had a few nights of 12 hours!!! 

-is eating 5 oz every 3-4 hours. 

-is a ham in front of the camera, just like Bubba. :)

Two Months!!

Our sweet baby boy, Hudson, is two months old! These past two months have flown by! It has been such a joy to have him in our lives. He's such a good baby!
Hudson:
-is in size 1 diapers and 3 month clothes
-is getting a lot better about sleeping at night. Last night he slept for 8 hours!!
-weighs 11 lbs and 12 oz (30%) and is 22.5 inches (15%.) When he went to his one week appointment, he was only in the 5% for both, so our boy is growing a ton!!!
-is smiling all the time!! He's like his big brother with all the smiles!
-is finding his hands and feet. He's almost got his hands perfected, but he's working on the feet.
-loves his baths!!
-is very laid back. He will just hang out, and check out his surroundings.
-is taking 4 ounces every 3 hours or so. I'm thinking that we may have to move up in the very near future, though.
-loves his big brother. Every time that Harrison gets down to play with him, Hudson is all smiles and laughs! Warms a Mama's heart!

Happy Two Months!!!

At his checkup! He did so well! He never cried while he was getting his exam. He cried when they poked him with the needles, but stopped as soon as I got to pick him up! Such a trooper!

One Month!

Baby Hudson is one month old!! They say that time goes faster with the second child, and they are so right!


Hudson:
-at this 2 week appointment weighed 8 lbs, but I'm willing to bet he weighs more now. He is growing like a little weed.
-is in size 1 diapers and size 3 month clothes for the most part. Some newborn stuff still fits, but not for long.
-loves his baths...until I start washing his hair (just like his big bro)
-slept through the night for one night. Otherwise, he sleeps for about 3-4 hours at a time.
-is eating 3-4 oz every 3 hours or so.
-is liking the swing. We tried it out for the first time today, and he fell right to sleep.

Happy One Month baby boy!!!

TWO Years Old!!

Happy second birthday to our sweet boy!!! I can't believe this baby is two years old already. Time has flown by with him. He is growing so much, and he is getting more and more personality! He is funny, so smart, and very loving.
This year, we decided to have his birthday party at our neighborhood pool. It's June in Texas, so anything to help everyone cool off!  Harrison has taken a huge liking to the "big bath." We had a ton of family to come in. Jeff's Grandpa, Aunt Dione, Uncle Paul, cousin Alice, cousin Taylor, Aunt Alison, cousin Haley and cousin Chasidy all came in earlier that week. Also, my sisters, Katie and Jesie came in along with Katie's husband, Caleb and little Taryn. It was great to have family here for Harrison's big day! Harrison had an awesome time, as did everyone else. He made out like a bandit in the gift department. He hasn't stopped playing with all of his new toys!
