Pictures!

I just wanted to share some pictures from the photo booth at Natalie and Mike's wedding this past weekend. The pictures turned our very silly and they were too funny not to show!

ORS + Harrison

Shocked faces

Isn't that the cutest bunny ever??

Me and Teeny being silly!

Apparently, Harrison was kickboxing??

Love that guy!

3 Months!

Our sweet boy is 3 months old! I can't believe it. He is growing so fast! So, here is the update on our little man!

Harrison:

-weighs 13 lbs. 14 oz.
-has been grabbing stuff left and right (sometimes, it's Mama's hair!)
-rolled over from his tummy to his back last Friday.
-has learned to suck his thumb...sometimes both at once. :)
-has started to laugh! It's the sweetest sound!
-LOVES to look at himself in the mirror. He will crack up when he sees the "other baby."
-still loves being outside. We go on a walk everyday around the neighborhood. By the time we get halfway around, he is asleep.
-has started to go longer between feedings.
-usually sleeps around 8 hours each night.
-is working on napping in his crib during the day. We started last Monday, because he was not taking good naps during the day anywhere else. We're still working on it. Each day is different. Sometimes he will sleep over an hour and others, just 30 or 45 minutes. It's still a work in progress, but we will get there.
-has started noticing Sam. Sam will come by and start checking Harrison out, and H will start to reach out and grab him. Of course Sam will back up and not let him. :)

This past three months have been the best of our lives, and we can't wait to see what the next three bring!

Another year...

This past Sunday was my birthday. I'm not too thrilled about getting older, so I tell everyone I am turning 24, again. :) My husband never lets me forget how old I am and how close I am to 30! However, Jeff always makes sure that I have a great birthday, and this year was probably the best one yet.
The first thing that made it great was that I get to be with these guys everyday!
LOVE this picture!

I have been wanting to go see the Texans play the Colts ever since we moved here. We are huge Peyton Manning fans, but we do go for the hometown team.  A couple weeks ago, Jeff told me that he had gotten us tickets for the game! His boss, Mr. Weisner, let him have two of his season tickets. They were about ten rows up and on the 38 yard line...in other words, AWESOME seats!! We had such a great time! I felt like I could reach out and touch the players on the Colts' sideline. The Texans won 34-7 (Peyton Manning was out due to neck surgery.)

That's Demeco Ryans waving the flag.  He went to Alabama. :)

The 9/11 tribute at the beginning of the game.

Joseph Addai.

We saw this very patriotic fan walking out.
I thought the birthday festivities were over. When we left the game, Jeff kept asking what I wanted to do. I told him whatever we do, I wanted Harrison with us. This week had been so busy, I felt like I had left him too much. We finally decided to just go by Blockbuster and rent a movie. And let me just say, I thought that was weird that Jeff asked that since we usually just rent movies from Netflix at home!!! When we got back home, he parked outside and said that he was just going to wash the cars later.  When I walked through the door, there was everyone yelling, "SURPRISE!'  I was so shocked! The entire family was there, Mary, her husband and son, and Lucy! It was so much fun! We had pizza, a cake and of course presents! It was so wonderful! Telena and Jeff had planned the whole thing.

My Rock N Roll cake. :)
I had a FANTASTIC birthday!!! A huge thank you to everyone who made it so special! I love all of you!

Busy, Busy, Busy

This past week has been very busy for us, well, as busy as we have been since Harrison was born. We were all exhausted last night! Harrison slept for 11 hours!
Last Saturday night, Ms. Natalie's fiance' bought us all tickets to go see Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock.  As previously mentioned, Jeff and I LOVE concerts. I was so excited. We had so much fun even though it started raining as soon as Kid Rock took the stage. We weren't complaining too much since Texas needed rain! However, because of the rain, I don't have any pictures.  I would recommend going to see them though! They put on a great show.  Monday night, Jeff and I went to see the Uproar Tour! My favorite band is Avenged Sevenfold (I know. I don't look like the hard rock kind of girl.) Jeff's favorite band, Seether, was also on the tour. We had found out about the tour before Harrison was born, so we made it a point to make sure we went. My former boss and friend kindly gave us some of the tickets that she had. They are on row F, and they were awesome!!! We had so much fun! Hopefully, they will come back next year, and Jeff and I can make it a yearly thing.

Then, Friday night, Telena and I had put together a little surprise "bachelorette" party for Ms. Natalie. She is getting married on the 17th. We went to Saltgrass to eat, and then on to Pappa's, a little bar and grill.
